Job summary

PT Takasago International Indonesia in West Java seeks a Maintenance Planner to coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for plant assets. You will plan resources, manage spares, and ensure calibration programs align with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years in maintenance planning or related roles in manufacturing.
• Familiar with project management, scheduling, and technical design review.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, GMP, RCA-CA and SMED.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities including manpower, materials, tools, and schedules.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
• Oversee maintenance execution and maintain accurate records and reports.
• Manage equipment calibration programs in compliance with requirements.
• Monitor and control engineering projects including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance asset reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement through TPM, RCA-CA, SMED and related methodologies.
• Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain technical knowledge of plant assets and leverage OEM recommendations.

Job description

Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, including manpower, materials, tools, spare parts, and maintenance schedules.

Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the availability of critical components required for maintenance activities.

Oversee maintenance execution and maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports.

Manage equipment calibration programs in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Monitor and control engineering and maintenance projects, including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance asset reliability.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives through TPM, RCA-CA, SMED, and other reliability improvement methodologies.

Ensure all maintenance, calibration, and engineering activities comply with GMP, safety requirements, and company standards.

Maintain technical knowledge of plant assets and equipment, leveraging OEM recommendations to optimize maintenance strategies and spare parts management.

We are looking for you, who:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, engineering projects, asset management, or maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.

Familiar with project management, scheduling, and technical drawing/design review.

Good understanding of TPM, GMP, RCA-CA, and SMED methodologies.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintenance performance monitoring.

Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
