Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced engineering leader to keep manufacturing assets running at peak performance. You will lead reliability improvements, manage upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across facilities.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least 3 years of experience in engineering or industrial operations, and strong leadership and communication skills. Fluency in English and a proactive, independent work style are essential for success.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations, with prior team leadership experience preferred.
Strong understanding of equipment reliability, maintenance practices, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Experience in managing engineering projects, equipment upgrades, or process improvement initiatives.
Good knowledge of workplace safety standards and engineering best practices within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ERP or maintenance management systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer goods, packaging, or other high-volume manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with automation, PLC systems, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies.
Professional certifications related to maintenance, project management, quality, safety, or continuous improvement would be an advantage.
