A Maintenance Planner, Spare Part & Asset Management is responsible for maintenance planning, spare parts and tooling administration, purchasing coordination and asset data management to support Engineering and production requirements.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance plans and work orders.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with Planner, Production and Engineering technicians.
Monitor PM completion, maintenance backlog, breakdown and overdue work orders.
Monitor spare parts and tooling requirements, stock levels, lead time and reorder needs.
Prepare and process Purchase Request such as RFQ, SRF, E-PR and related purchasing documents for spare parts, tooling, repair and maintenance services.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, vendors, and Engineering for quotation, ordering, delivery and service follow-up.
Maintain spare parts, tooling, asset register, maintenance history and related Engineering records.
Prepare maintenance, spare parts, tooling, and purchasing reports including PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, breakdown or downtime and Machine Availability.
Support maintenance budget preparation and Engineering improvement activities.
About you
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, spare parts, purchasing administration, or manufacturing.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance, spare parts and tooling.
Able to prepare maintenance schedules and follow up work orders.
Able to manage RFQ, SRF, E-PR, Purchase Request and related purchasing documentation.
Able to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and basic data analysis.
Experience with CMMS, ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
