Job summary

Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability professional to manage the manufacturing maintenance system, lead Progressive Maintenance (PM Step 1-3, Step 4+ preferred), oversee spare parts, and localize parts to boost equipment reliability. Additionally, you will drive Process & Lean Optimization using 5S, Kaizen, and VSM to improve automated and intelligent manufacturing.

You will document P&ID, SOPs, WIs, and MS&P, and contribute to mechanical design/layout with 3D tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Maintenance & Reliability: Manage the manufacturing maintenance system, driving Progressive Maintenance (PM Step 1-3, preferably Step 4+); oversee spare parts management and localization to boost equipment reliability.
• Process & Lean Optimization: Engage deeply in product processing and industrial processes; apply Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) for continuous improvement in automated/intelligent manufacturing environments.
• Process Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including P&ID, SOPs, WIs, Safety Operating Procedures, and Maintenance Standards & Procedures (MS&P).
• Mechanical Design & Layout: Utilize 3D software to design jigs/fixtures, optimize workshop layouts, and lead equipment development initiatives.
• Project Management & Data Analysis: Track projects using TPM (AM/PM), KPIs, and DMS tools; perform data analysis using advanced Excel, PowerBI, Minitab, or Python to support operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: Proven track record as a Maintenance Planner or similar role in automation/intelligent manufacturing; robust problem-solving skills using 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA/PFMEA, and 8-step troubleshooting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D drawing software (SolidWorks, Pro/E, Ansys, Onshape) combined with practical hands-on workshop experience.
• Quality & Lean Methodologies: Competency in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing; strong command of statistical methods including SPC, DOE, capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), and control charts.
• Preferred: Advanced experience in Progressive Maintenance (Step 4+) and familiarity with PowerBI or basic SQL is a definite plus.
