Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education of Senior High School/Vocational High School or equivalent, preferably with a background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• Experience in maintenance, TPM, or equipment management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good technical knowledge of PLC, electrical systems, mechanical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Good understanding of OEE, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD, with good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with teams and related departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of TPM programs to maintain equipment reliability, availability, and performance in line with targets.
• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring work follows schedules and procedures.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and downtime, identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze OEE and propose improvement initiatives to enhance equipment effectiveness.
• Guide TPM/Maintenance team members in maintenance activities, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and equipment improvement.
• Coordinate equipment and improvement projects, including planning, progress monitoring, implementation, and evaluation with relevant departments.
