Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Indonesia (West Java) seeks a Maintenance Lead to drive safe, reliable equipment performance and own maintenance Daily Management Systems across the area.

You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, investigate breakdowns, coach operators, and ensure GMP, HACCP, KHMS, and safety standards are met. This role requires an engineering degree, data handling skills, and shift coordination.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee preventive, corrective, and lubrication maintenance activities.
• Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and promptly.
• Support investigation of breakdowns and lead corrective actions.
• Lead optimization of startup, shutdown, and major maintenance interventions.
• Track and report maintenance indicators (including downtime).
• Implement and improve Daily Management Systems (DMSs): defect handling, breakdown elimination, cost control, work execution, preventive maintenance, lubrication.
• Build capability of operating teams in Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM).
• Coach operators and line leaders on defect handling and maintenance routines.
• Assist team members with technical issues and advanced problem-solving.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, KHMS, FSSC 22000, and safety standards compliance.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Lead is the technical leader and system owner for the assigned area. The role ensures safe and reliable equipment performance by eliminating breakdown-related losses, executing preventive and corrective maintenance. It also owns and continuously improves maintenance-related Daily Management Systems (DMSs), defect handling, breakdown elimination, cost control, work execution, preventive maintenance, and lubrication, providing continuity with the Maintenance & Reliability Excellence (MRE) pillar.

Responsibilities:
