Nusantara Global Partners is seeking an experienced Villa Manager to oversee daily operations of a private luxury villa in Jakarta. You will lead staff, ensure impeccable guest experiences, and manage the property, finances, and vendor relations.

The role requires 2–3 years in villa/hotel/property management, strong leadership, and excellent English communication. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is essential to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in villa/hotel/property management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English; Bahasa Indonesia preferred; Mandarin a plus.
• Flexible hours, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the villa.
• Ensure property is well-maintained, clean and functioning.
• Supervise housekeeping, gardening, security, and maintenance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and manage villa staff.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
• Conduct regular staff meetings.
• Provide VIP-level guest services and manage guest requests.
• Schedule routine maintenance and inspections; liaise with chef for guest menus.
• Track and restock supplies; manage villa budget and expenses.
• Handle petty cash and invoices; prepare operational reports.
