CV BOHEMIAN JOGJA VILLAS in Yogyakarta is seeking an experienced Operational Manager Villas to oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction for a luxury villa resort. You will lead front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth organizational performance.

The candidate will have 5+ years in hotel or villa leadership, with strong budgeting, recruitment, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a luxury villa or resort operation leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing all aspects of villa operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the cluster Villas.
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of villa operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and management of villa staff.
• Manage villa financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and local authorities.
• Continuously monitor and adapt the villa's offerings to meet changing market demands and guest expectations.
