Job summary

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking a Villa Host Supervisor to lead the Villa Host team and ensure every guest receives exceptional, personalized service throughout their stay. You will guide daily operations, manage arrival to departure experiences, and collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, and Concierge to fulfill guest requests.

You will also handle VIP arrivals, monitor villa readiness, and mentor staff to uphold Anantara’s luxury standards, while driving upsell initiatives

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the Villa Host team.
• Ensure smooth and efficient guest arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
• Deliver personalized luxury service by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Concierge to fulfill guest requests promptly.
• Handle VIP arrivals, special occasions, and guest preferences.
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Monitor villa readiness, cleanliness, amenities, and presentation before guest arrival.
• Train, coach, and mentor Villa Hosts to maintain Anantara service standards.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs, grooming standards, and health & safety procedures.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates to management.
• Support upselling initiatives to maximize resort revenue while enhancing the guest experience.
