Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of team targets on monthly and annual basis.
• Coach and develop team members; drive performance and professional growth.
• Recruit, identify talents and secure succession plans with the Store Manager.
• Set individual and team goals and monitor performance against expectations.
• Motivate the team to deliver a positive, cohesive work environment and excellent client service.
• Build long term client relationships and utilize clienteling tools to enhance loyalty.
• Instill a client-centric mindset and elevate the client experience across the store.
• Communicate corporate strategy through morning briefings, trainings and updates.
• Provide product feedback and market insights to the Country office based on local knowledge.
• Put in place action plans to boost business via visual merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
• Lead by example in sales, cross-selling and client repurchase to maximize results.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and demonstrate leadership in selling.
• Maximize opportunities through effective floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
• Serve as store reference for Country Merchandising; share insights and mentor the team.
• Animate team activities, briefings and mentoring to improve operations and drive sales.
• Ensure policies, brand standards and grooming guidelines are consistently followed.
