Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver Louis Vuitton standards and sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional client experience.
• Communicate strategy and train the team; conduct morning briefings.
• Provide market feedback and product recommendations to Country office.
• Drive sales through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
• Ensure brand standards, policies, and inventory controls are followed.
