Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Team Manager to own a category, lead and develop teams, and foster outstanding client service. You will model brand values and drive sales results through strategic agility and client-focused coaching.

You will mentor staff, recruit talents, manage performance, and collaborate with the Country office on product feedback, merchandising and training to maximize client experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• Extensive people management skills within luxury or client-centric retail.
• Specialized category expertise within the luxury market.
• World-class customer service skills and the desire to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve team targets monthly and annually.
• Lead and develop the team with coaching and training.
• Recruit, develop talents, and ensure succession plans with Store Manager.
• Set goals and manage performance.
• Motivate the team to create a positive work environment.
• Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
• Ensure highest level of client experience and handle client needs.
• Communicate and reinforce corporate strategy and briefings.
• Provide product feedback to Country office based on local market knowledge.
• Drive sales through merchandising, clienteling, training and team animation.
• Be the reference point to Country Merchandising and share insights.
