Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations to deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences.
• Coach and motivate the boutique team to achieve sales targets with strong product knowledge.
• Monitor store performance, analyze sales results, and implement action plans.
• Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation align with brand guidelines.
• Support Boutique Manager in talent development, scheduling, inventory control and admin.
