Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Stewarding supervisory or management role within a luxury resort environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, food safety, and occupational health & safety standards.
• Proven ability to manage stewarding operations, manpower planning, and workflow efficiency.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple departments.
• Experience in inventory control, equipment maintenance, and cost management.
• Ability to analyze operational needs and implement process improvements.
• Good understanding of environmental sustainability, waste management, and recycling practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the steward department's operations to ensure the efficient cleaning and maintenance of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food service areas.
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, safety, and organization within the Food and Beverage department.
