Job summary

Hubble Restaurant in Bali is seeking a hardworking Steward to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the Kitchen and Back of House areas. You will wash and sanitize plates, cutlery, and equipment, ensure proper storage, and support daily operations.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, reliable, able to work under pressure, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Prior Steward experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimal high school education preferred.
• Experience as a Steward is an advantage.
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties.
• Hardworking, responsible and disciplined.
• Strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize plates, cutlery, glasses, kitchen equipment, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and Back of House areas
• Ensure clean equipment and utensils are properly stored
• Assist with waste management and disposal
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support the Kitchen Team during daily operations
• Follow company cleaning, hygiene, and safety procedures
