Job summary

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in a 5-star hotel, with 1 year in an international brand, and strong leadership, communication, and HACCP knowledge to uphold Hilton’s service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star hotel, with at least 1 year as Assistant Chief Steward in an international brand.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control: assist with daily coordination, distribution, storage and maintenance of essential items.
• Monitor sanitation standards and oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure functionality of food service equipment.
• Assist with cost management: track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support team performance and development: scheduling, coaching and evaluations.
• Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.
