Job summary

Anantara Ubud Bali Resort is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to lead the Stewarding team, ensuring all kitchen areas and equipment are cleaned, hygienic, and ready for operation. You will oversee daily tasks, sanitation, inventory, and collaboration with Culinary, F&B, and Engineering teams.

The role requires experience in stewarding or kitchen supervision, strong hygiene knowledge, and ability to train staff while maintaining high standards of safety and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in stewarding or kitchen supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards.
• Able to train and guide team members.
• Excellent communication and coordination with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to the Stewarding team.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment.
• Monitor the availability and condition of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Monitor waste segregation and disposal.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with inventory, breakage control, and cost control.
• Train and guide team members on proper stewarding procedures.
• Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, and Engineering teams when required.
• Support the Chief Steward in the smooth daily operation of the department.
