Job summary

Amandari Spa, part of Aman Group, is seeking a Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations and mentor Spa Associates. You will drive exceptional guest experiences, maintain Aman standards, and lead ongoing training and development in a luxury setting.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in luxury spa environments, strong leadership, and a customer-centric approach. English proficiency and flexible scheduling are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a luxury spa environment with supervisory or training experience.
• Strong knowledge of spa therapies, massage techniques, and luxury guest service.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, and team development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead therapists to deliver personalized luxury wellness experiences per Aman standards.
• Conduct regular training on treatment techniques, product knowledge, grooming, hygiene and etiquette.
• Develop SOPs, training plans, and competency assessments for Spa Associates.
• Monitor therapist performance and provide coaching and development plans.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and recruitment/onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain training records and ensure Learning & Development compliance.
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and other departments to create seamless guest wellness experiences.
