Job summary

Ayana Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Spa Manager to lead daily spa operations at its luxury resort. You will manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and guest services to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Develop strategies to attract guests, promote spa packages, monitor feedback, and align with sustainability initiatives. Ensure high service standards and health & safety compliance while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort.
• Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers.
• Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
• Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience.
• Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage the spa budget, including analyzing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and concepts as appropriate.
• Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives of the resort.
