• Lead the store with a clear commercial plan, set priorities, and grow sales, productivity, and profitability.

• Drive a premium, consistent customer experience across channels, delivering personalized service and strong client relationships.
• Partner with operations to ensure strong daily execution of store standards, scheduling, inventory flow, and safety.
• Collaborate with regional and head office teams (Clienteling, HR, Operations, Merchandising, Training, Compensation & Benefits) to support priorities.

Our client, a reputable global luxury fashion retail company, is seeking a seasoned Retail Manager to lead overall store performance and serve as a key leader within the retail business. This role will be responsible for driving commercial results, building and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring excellence across client experience, store operations, and retail standards. This role will be placed in Jakarta and our client is open to considering expatriate candidates from neighboring countries in the region.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in growing sales and profitability, elevating the customer experience, strengthening operational execution, and developing long-term talent. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven retail leader with strong people leadership capabilities and experience operating within a premium or luxury multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Strategy & Performance: Lead the store with a clear commercial plan, set priorities, and grow sales, productivity, and profitability in line with company goals.
• Team Leadership & People Development: Recruit, coach, and motivate a strong management team and wider store staff, building a culture of trust, ownership, teamwork, and continuous learning while planning for succession.
• Customer Experience & Service Quality: Drive a premium, consistent customer experience across every channel, ensuring personalized service, strong client relationships, and effective handling of escalated issues.
• Store Operations & Retail Standards: Partner with the operations team to deliver strong daily execution across store standards, compliance, scheduling, inventory flow, and a safe, efficient environment.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with regional and head office teams, including Clienteling, HR, Operations, Merchandising, Training, and Compensation & Benefits, to support business priorities and deliver lasting results.
