Job summary

The Apurva Kempinski Bali invites applications for Assistant Kids Club Manager to support daily operations of the Kids Club within our luxury spa and recreation department. You will oversee attendants, design engaging programs, and uphold five-star service standards.

Reporting to the Director of Spa, you will lead a team, train staff, manage registrations, ensure safety protocols, and maintain upscale experiences for young guests.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience leading a Kids Club or similar children’s program.
• Ability to design engaging, culturally enriching activities for children.

Responsibilities

• Design daily activity schedules that are creative and age-appropriate.
• Supervise daily operations of the Kids Club ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Train, schedule, and motivate the Kids Club team.
• Serve as primary contact for parents and manage registrations and requests.
• Enforce sign-in/sign-out procedures and health protocols.
• Manage inventory and assist in department budgeting.
