Qualifications

• Indonesian citizenship or eligibility to work in Indonesia.
• College degree or higher in Hotel Management/Administration.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping management experience, preferably in a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional presentation and grooming.
• Strong management skills and ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping staff to ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service and adherence to hotel standards.
• Assign duties and special projects to room attendants and public area cleaners; monitor progress and inform the Executive Housekeeper.
• Inspect rooms and VIP areas; coordinate flower requirements and special requests.
• Inspect floors/public areas; ensure facilities and amenities are clean and well maintained; verify contractor work.
• Participate in recruitment and screening of new staff; contribute to training plans and approval process.
