Job summary

Six Senses Bali is seeking a Guest Experience Maker (GEM) to help guests reconnect with themselves and the world while upholding our standards of service, sustainability, and wellness.

The GEM will review guest profiles, coordinate arrivals and transfers, plan activities, and upsell resort facilities. Fluency in English and Indonesian citizenship are required; hospitality experience and MS Office, POS, PMS and CRM familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience in a similar hotel operational setting.
• Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
• Indonesian citizenship

Responsibilities

• Review guest profiles and history prior to arrival and coordinate information with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with departments for transfers and assist guests with transfers to and from the hotel.
• Prepare arrival amenities and upsell resort, spa, LIFE and restaurant facilities.
• Escort and assist guests throughout the resort and plan activities during the stay.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
