Job summary

Six Senses Uluwatu Bali is seeking a Front Office Receptionist (Mandarin Speaking) to provide exceptional luxury guest service. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, manage rates, upsell where suitable, and ensure accurate billing with a warm, professional approach.

The role requires fluency in English and Mandarin, with experience in a luxury hotel setting preferred. You will uphold Six Senses standards and contribute to a memorable guest experience in Bali.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in luxury hotel front office or similar environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong customer-service orientation and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in/check-out efficiently with the guest name used where possible.
• Be knowledgeable about room rates and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, manage billing procedures, and handle refunds with care.
• Maintain a balanced cash bank and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Prepare and submit operational reports in a timely manner.
• Coordinate guest in-room amenities and ensure department equipment is clean and functional.
• Uphold Six Senses guidelines and service standards; monitor guest feedback and actions.
