Job summary

Six Senses Bali is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences aligned with the brand’s luxury standards.

You will oversee reservations, guest history, and room availability while partnering with Guest Services, Housekeeping, and F&B to deliver seamless arrivals and departures. Strong leadership, English fluency, and Opera systems experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years front office/guest services experience including supervisory duties.
• Fluent English; Indonesian citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Front Office to meet brand standards.
• Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage room inventory, rates, packages, and policy adherence; monitor guest profiles.
• Oversee training and education to instill a cost-focused, quality-driven mindset.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and financial controls and reporting.
