Job summary

Six Senses Bali is seeking a Senior Sales Manager (JSO) to lead the Sales & Marketing function, driving occupancy, rate and revenue in alignment with the resort’s luxury standards. The role requires crafting marketing plans, setting targets by segment, and directing the sales team to secure high-value business.

You will build relationships with customers and partners, collaborate with channels, and ensure exceptional service while upholding Six Senses’ values of local sensitivity and pioneering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Sales & Marketing, Hotel or Business Management.
• More than five years' experience in a senior sales role.
• Fluent in English.
• Indonesian nationality and Jakarta-based.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Marketing department to drive occupancy and revenue while meeting brand standards.
• Write and implement the marketing plan, set targets by segment and client, and coordinate with the revenue manager.
• Develop relationships with customers and partners, participate in trade shows and events, and expand the resort's business.

Fluent in English
