Six Senses Bali is seeking a Group & Events Manager to oversee the Group & Events operations, ensuring exceptional products and services aligned with brand standards. The role focuses on securing bookings, managing events, and driving revenue within a luxury resort context.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Marketing/Business, 1–2 years in sales/MICE/catering plus over two years in a managerial role, with fluent English and Indonesian citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Hotel, or Business Management or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in sales, MICE or catering with managerial potential.
• Fluent in English; Indonesian citizenship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and follow-up to secure bookings and VIP arrivals.
• Execute Banquet Event Orders for accuracy and quality; ensure service standards.
• Maximize profits in food, beverage and space sales.
• Develop sales promotions with the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain banquet and F&B costs for profitability.
• Drive revenue and build the resort's profile for Six Senses Bali.
