Six Senses Bali seeks a Bar Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operations, upholding the brand standards of luxury hospitality. You will drive bar performance, beverage development, and cost controls while ensuring exceptional guest experiences within an elegant tropical setting.

The role requires a diploma or degree in F&B/hotel management and 3+ years in a similar luxury hotel position, with fluent English and a willingness to work in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree in food and beverage/hotel management with management experience.
• More than three years' experience in a similar role in luxury hotels.
• Fluent in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Food & Beverage department to deliver exceptional product and service within brand standards.
• Focus on rejuvenating the bar and beverage experience.
• Establish purchasing practices that meet Six Senses nutrition and sustainability platforms.
• Review menus and wine lists to stay aligned with wellness and sustainability practices.
• Manage costs: budgets, forecasts, and profitability for F&B.
• Assist in preparing the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and safety requirements and internal controls.
• Develop beverage terminology, operation, wine service, costs, menu development, and inventory control.
