Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented personality.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and company clients professionally.
• Handle front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out and visitor registration.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
• Coordinate meeting room reservations and guest arrangements.
• Maintain front office cleanliness and professional appearance.
• Assist in administrative and reporting tasks related to front desk operations.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Handle guest complaints and provide proper assistance when needed.
• Support hotel or company events when required.
