Job summary

Hilton Bali Resort is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations across the hotel, from restaurants and bars to banquets and in-room dining. You will set strategic direction, drive guest satisfaction, and steward profitability while maintaining Hilton's standards of service.

The ideal candidate has proven senior F&B leadership in luxury hospitality, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to mentor a diverse team across shifts.

Qualifications

• Senior F&B leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, banquet and in-room dining.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and cost-control capabilities.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Strong operational knowledge across restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and guest engagement
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field preferred
• Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and global

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Define F&B operational strategy: Provide leadership direction for the Food & Beverage department to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing
• Drive operational excellence: Plan and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Manage costs and revenue: Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements
• Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
• Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
