Qualifications

• GPA 3.50+ from a Tier-1 university or specialized Ship Management College.
• Graduated in 2025 or by March 1, 2026.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to be placed across regional offices in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-phase development path including onboarding, business unit assignment, and a Business Improvement Project.
