Meratus Line & Group is launching the Meratus Star Program for fresh graduates, a premier accelerated development track in Indonesia. The Batch 2 program blends onboarding, functional assignment, and a leadership-focused business improvement project to fast-track capability building.

You will rotate through units, tackle real-world challenges, and develop both technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced maritime logistics environment.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.50+ from a Tier-1 university or specialized Ship Management College.
• Graduated in 2025 or by March 1, 2026.
• Full professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to be placed across regional offices in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a multi-phase development path including onboarding, business unit assignment, and a Business Improvement Project.
• Collaborate across functions to build leadership and technical capabilities.
• Demonstrate integrity, ownership, and customer-focused mindset in project work.
