Meratus Group seeks a Sustainability and ESG Specialist to drive initiatives across business units. You will support development and implementation of ESG programs, coordinate across functions, and help integrate sustainability into operations.

Key tasks include collecting and validating ESG data, preparing reports and disclosures, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining proper documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3–4 years in sustainability, ESG, CSR or related areas.
• Understanding of ESG concepts, reporting, and data management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional sustainability programs.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

Job Description:

• Support the development and implementation of the company's sustainability and ESG programs in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate sustainability initiatives across business units and functions, including environmental, social, and community-related programs.
• Collect, consolidate, and monitor ESG-related data from relevant departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support the preparation of sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, questionnaires, presentations, and other sustainability-related materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and documentation of sustainability initiatives.
• Develop sustainability communication materials and internal awareness programs in collaboration with the Corporate Communication team.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on ESG trends, sustainability practices, and relevant regulations/frameworks to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain proper documentation and supporting evidence for sustainability programs, ESG data, and reporting requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Minimum 3 –4 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, CSR, corporate responsibility, or related areas.
• Good understanding of ESG and sustainability concepts , reporting, and data management.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects or sustainability-related programs.
• Strong analytical and data management skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with various internal and external parties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint .
• Good command of English , both written and verbal.
• Proactive, organiz ed, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
