Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking a driven Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our end-to-end temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution operations across Indonesia. You will ensure freshness, quality, and availability of Fore Kopi & Fore Donut by enforcing strict CCM protocols and leading an operational team.

• Cold Chain & Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations of multi-temperature warehouses (Chilled & Frozen) and cold fleet distribution to maintain 100% product integrity and minimize wastage.
• Vendor & 3PL Governance: Evaluate SLA performance and lead contract optimization for 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and cold fleet providers.
• Cost & Route Optimization: Analyze distribution cost structures (e.g., cost-per-CBM, space utilization) and delivery routes to drive logistics efficiency.
• Inventory Governance: Oversee daily inventory accuracy, stock counts, and temperature compliance logs.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our end-to-end temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution operations across Indonesia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the freshness, quality, and seamless availability of our key brands (Fore Kopi & Fore Donut) by enforcing strict Cold Chain Management (CCM) protocols, optimizing distribution efficiency, and leading an operational team.
