Job summary

Fore Coffee is seeking a driven Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our end-to-end temperature-controlled warehouse and distribution operations across Indonesia. Responsibilities

• Cold Chain & Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily operations of multi-temperature warehouses (Chilled & Frozen) and cold fleet distribution to maintain 100% product integrity and minimize wastage.
• Vendor & 3PL Governance: Evaluate SLA performance and lead contract optimization for 3PL partners, freight forwarders, and cold fleet providers.
• Cost & Route Optimization: Analyze distribution cost structures (e.g., cost-per-CBM, space utilization) and delivery routes to drive logistics efficiency.
• Inventory Governance: Oversee daily inventory accuracy, stock counts, and temperature compliance logs.
