The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with stock movements, warehouse activities, trucking operations, and daily logistics coordination. On-site work in South Jakarta is required; English proficiency is not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years in stock, warehouse, logistics and delivery operations.
• Hands-on inventory, warehouse activities, trucking and daily goods distribution.
• Proficient in Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Experience in frozen food supply chain is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock management: monitoring, movement, reconciliation and records accuracy.
• Manage daily warehouse ops: receiving, storage, handling, picking, packing, dispatch.
• Coordinate trucking and transportation for timely delivery.
• Monitor inbound/outbound movements; ensure stock transfer documentation.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers and 3PLs for smooth operations.
• Track delivery schedules, stock availability and warehouse performance.
• Maintain stock and operational reports using Excel.
• Identify issues and implement improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and distribution per procedures.

Operations Supervisor - FMCG Supply Chain & Stock Management

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily supply chain operations, with a strong focus on stock management, warehousing, storage, and goods delivery. This role will ensure efficient inventory handling, smooth warehouse operations, and timely delivery of goods to customers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing stock movements, warehouse activities, trucking operations, and day-to-day logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock management activities, including stock monitoring, inventory movement, stock reconciliation, and accuracy of inventory records.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, handling, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods.
• Coordinate trucking and transportation activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.
• Monitor inbound and outbound goods movements and ensure proper documentation for stock transfers and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse personnel, drivers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor delivery schedules, stock availability, and warehouse performance to minimize delays and operational disruptions.
• Maintain accurate stock and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify operational issues and implement improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, stock accuracy, and delivery performance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods in accordance with operational procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in stock management, warehouse management, logistics, and goods delivery operations.
• Hands-on experience managing inventory, warehouse activities, trucking operations, and daily goods distribution to customers.
• Good understanding of stock movement, inventory control, storage processes, and delivery coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking, reporting, and operational analysis.
• Experience in the frozen food supply chain is highly preferred.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
• Able to work on-site in South Jakarta.
• English proficiency is not required.
