Job summary

PT RAAH International Indonesia is seeking an experienced Logistics Support & Admin professional to bolster our import/export operations in Indonesia. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and solid knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and logistics coordination.

You will coordinate end-to-end shipments, prepare and verify all documents, and liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in logistics support and admin.
Good knowledge of import and export processes.
Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.
Knowledge of logistics coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments.
Prepare, verify, and maintain import/export and shipping documentation.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, suppliers, and customers.
Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and cargo status.
Follow up on customs clearance and ensure required documentation is completed on time.
Prepare and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, and other logistics paperwork.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to internal teams.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding dispatch, delivery, and documentation.
Assist in resolving shipment delays, documentation issues, and other logistics-related matters.
Maintain accurate logistics records, databases, and filing systems.
