Job summary

PT RAAH International Indonesia is seeking a proactive Sales Support & Admin Executive to support the Sales Team with day-to-day administrative tasks. Job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Support & Admin Executive to provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling quotations, customer communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and other sales administration activities.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and submit quotations based on customer RFQs and requirements
Review RFQs carefully and coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure quotations are accurate and complete
Send emails on behalf of the Sales Team/Manager, including quotation submissions, follow-ups, and customer communications
Schedule and coordinate customer appointments, meetings, and calls
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, inquiries, pending requirements, and feedback
Maintain proper records of quotations, customer communications, follow-ups, and sales-related documents
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team
Assist the Sales Manager with day-to-day tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
Coordinate internally with other departments to obtain information required for quotations and customer responses
Maintain and update customer and sales databases
