PT. Prima Indo Kimia is seeking a detail-oriented administrative sales support to assist the sales team in order processing, data entry, and coordination with warehouses, trucking, EMKL, and customers for on-time delivery and payment closure.

The role requires reading English documentation and basic Mandarin proficiency as a plus, with strong data literacy and warehouse administration experience to ensure accurate journal entries and systematic filing.

Formación

• Experience in the chemical or related industry is advantageous.
• Passive English proficiency required.
• Basic Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in trade documents and warehouse administration, including order processing, documentation, transport arrangement, and loading/unloading to safe delivery
• Accurate system literacy, including efficient data input/output operations and systematic filing.
• Capability to monitor and follow through on payment completions for both purchase and sales transactions
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with all involved third parties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Sales for order follow through from creating sales documents to safe delivery and payment completion.
• Input relevant sales data into Accurate to generate journal entries and support data.
• Coordinate with warehouse, trucking, EMKL, and customers to ensure business follow through.
• Assist Sales/Marketing in in-house sales.
