Job summary

PT.Prima Indo Kimia is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist the sales process from creating documents to ensuring safe delivery and payment completion. You will enter related data in the system, generate outputs for journal records, and coordinate with warehouses, trucking, EMKL, and customers to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

The role requires familiarity with trade documents, warehouse administration, and ability to monitor payments.

Qualifications

• Experience in the chemical or related industry is advantageous.
• Passive English proficiency required (ability to read and understand written English).
• Basic Mandarin or Hokkien proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficiency in trade documents and warehouse administration, including order processing, documentation, transport arrangement, and loading/unloading to safe delivery.
• Accurate system literacy, including efficient data input/output operations and systematic filing.
• Capability to monitor and follow through on payment completions for both purchase and sales transactions.
• Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with all involved third parties.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales for order follow-through from creating sales documents to safe delivery and payment completion.
• Input related sales data into the system for accurate journaling and reporting.
• Coordinate with warehouse, trucking, EMKL, and customers to ensure smooth business follow-through.
• Assist Sales/Marketing personnel with in-house sales tasks and coordination.

Assisting Sales for order follow through, from creating sales documents up to safe delivery and payment completion

Input related sales data in system (Accurate) for creating complete Journal

Make system output for Sales support data

Counter act with third party; warehouse, trucking, EMKL, customers – communicate, coordinate and execute business follow through

Assisting Sales/Marketing persons in in-house sales

Requirements:
