Job summary

Meratus Group is seeking a Customer Service & Document Logistics professional in Banjarmasin to manage order processing, carrier coordination, and shipment status reporting. You will ensure alignment with service levels and streamline documentation across international and domestic shipments.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with a preference for 2+ years in shipping or international logistics. Strong English and Bahasa communications, plus ERP/Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in logistics, business, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably 2+ years experience in shipping, forwarding, or international logistics as Customer Service.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in English and Bahasa.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and resolve service issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle booking and control of space allocation for shipping voyages.
• Receive orders from customers, sales teams, and loading branches.
• Communicate proactively with customers to confirm upcoming shipment orders.
• Monitor vessel departure and arrival schedules.
• Prepare sales order planning and input job entries in the system.
• Monitor order fulfillment and shipment documentation for international and domestic inbound customer service.
