Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. education at Diploma level.
• Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar role; Freight Forwarding/Logistics is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across cultures.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate vessel schedule requirements and related activities.
• Coordinate internal operations to ensure smooth delivery of shipments.
• Ensure SOP-compliant processing of customer shipments within timeframes.
• Build sustainable relationships with customers through open communication.
• Coordinate with parties for customs clearance and trucking arrangements.
• Prepare shipping documentation accurately and timely.
