Job summary

PT Garuda Yamato Steel is seeking a logistics specialist to manage import documentation and coordinate shipment activities from Cikarang. You will verify invoices, packing lists, BLs, COOs, and POs, and maintain schedules and related records.

You will ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, facilitate LC/SKBDN openings, coordinate insurance, and work with Purchasing, Customs & Logistics, trucking, EMKL/EMKU, and suppliers to smooth inbound operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Management, Transportation Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years working with customs regulations, compliance and logistic management.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, import requirements, customs clearance procedures, HS Code, duties and taxes, and customs compliance.
• Ability to coordinate and monitor transportation, shipment schedules, customs clearance, warehousing, and inbound delivery activities.
• Familiarity with customs clearance software and ERP systems.
• Proficient in English and willing to be placed at Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Purchasing, Customs & Logistics, trucking, EMKL/EMKU, suppliers, and other related stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain supporting documents for Customs Audit and compliance requirements.
