Job summary

JAC Recruitment places a Logistics Staff in Indonesia to support import/export activities, handle customs documentation and logistics administration. The candidate should have a D3 in Logistics or related field, at least 1 year in logistics operations, familiarity with customs procedures, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 qualification in Logistics or related field.
• At least 1 year of logistics/export-import experience.
• Familiar with customs regulations and procedures.
• Experience with BC 2.0/2.3/2.7/3.0 documents.
• Proficient in CEISA or similar customs systems.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and admin skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily import and export documentation.
• Prepare and process customs documents (BC 2.0, 2.3, 2.7, 3.0).
• Operate CEISA and other customs systems.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs authorities, and others.
• Monitor shipment processes including product returns.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and admin documents.
