Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Logistics Automation Engineering Lead to manage day-to-day built-in WMS and OMS, and to lead engineering across multiple sites.

Define and implement future warehouse automation and WMS/OMS features, oversee automation projects, partner with IT and Supply Chain, manage vendor relationships, and drive AI initiatives in end-to-end processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or Logistics Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations/engineering, with at least 1 year in a managerial/leadership role leading engineering teams or managing automation projects.
• Excellent communication skills to negotiate with senior leadership, vendors, and frontline site teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and resolve complex technical bottlenecks quickly.
• Knowledge of SAP (Plant Maintenance) and warehouse automation tools such as PTL, AMR, conveyors, and AI is highly preferred.
