Job summary

Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a friendly Lobby Greeter on a daily worker basis. You will warmly welcome guests, answer questions, and guide guests to Front Office and other facilities while supporting front desk operations.

Ideal candidates have high school diplomas, strong customer service skills, and a good command of English. The role involves shift work, weekends, and holidays in a dynamic hotel environment managed by Accor.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in hospitality and front desk support.
• Strong spoken and written English preferred.
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and greet with a smile.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and facility information.
• Escort guests to Front Desk, restaurants, or meeting rooms as needed.
• Coordinate with Bell/Concierge and Front Office teams for smooth service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area.
• Support during busy periods, events, and guest arrivals/departures.
