Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Flexible for Daily Worker basis.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.
• Provide personalized assistance and excellent service to guests throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements.
• Build positive relationships with guests.
• Inform guests about hotel facilities, services, restaurants, and local attractions.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and follow-up professionally.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist VIP guests and special occasions and requests.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and other Front Office activities as needed.
• Support guest engagement activities and promote hotel services and facilities.
• Maintain accurate guest preferences and service records in the hotel system.
• Ensure interactions follow service standards and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and welcoming presence in guest areas.
• Perform other duties by Guest Relations Supervisor or Front Office Manager.
