Qualifications

• Daily worker, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment procedures.
• Answer calls and respond to guest messages promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
