AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a Guest Relations Officer (Daily Worker) in Jakarta Selatan to join our Front Office team. You will deliver a warm, personalized guest experience, handle requests, and ensure satisfaction throughout the stay.

The role requires strong communication and a guest-focused attitude, with willingness to work shifts on a daily worker basis in a hospitality-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide personalized assistance and excellent service to guests throughout their stay.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special arrangements.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, restaurants, and local attractions.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist with VIP guests, special occasions, and special requests.
• Conduct guest follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Assist with check-in, check-out, and other Front Office activities when required.
• Support guest engagement activities and promote hotel services and facilities.
