Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on daily worker basis, including shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and payment procedures.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest messages and requests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the hotel system.
